Erica Mazzone
PhD Student

Erica is currently a clinical psychology doctoral student at Loma Linda University's School of Behavioral Health. Her research interests include child and adolescent internalizing disorders, particularly anxiety, depression, and trauma and stressor-related disorders. She is interested in developing and evaluating school-based, early intervention strategies to help high-risk youth experiencing these problems, especially in communities that require greater accessibility to mental health resources. Her current research examines the preliminary effectiveness of an adolescent DBT-based skills group therapy in San Bernardino county school systems.
